Billing Expectations
We strive to make the financial side of your care as transparent and straightforward as possible. Please review the following information regarding our billing cycles, payment expectations, and office policies for North Texas Family Health & Wellness.
Statement Timing
Billing statements are typically generated and sent monthly following the final processing of your insurance claim. You will receive an invoice via mail or through our secure digital notification system once your carrier has adjudicated the services provided during your visit.
Due Dates and Partial Payments
Statements are due upon receipt. We understand that medical expenses can be unexpected; if you require a partial payment arrangement or a structured installment plan to settle your balance, please contact our billing office promptly to discuss available options that fit your situation.
Charge Estimates vs. Final Totals
We provide medical charge estimates based on your known insurance benefits and the anticipated complexity of your visit. Please be aware that these are projections; final financial responsibility is determined by your insurance carrier after the clinical claim is formally filed and processed.
Appointment Fees & Cancellation Policy
To ensure all patients have access to timely healthcare services, we require 24-hour notice for any schedule changes. Appointments missed without notice or cancelled late may be subject to a standard no-show or late-cancellation fee to help cover the lost clinical time reserved for you.
Billing & Patient Support
Our billing team is dedicated to helping you navigate your healthcare finances with confidence. For any questions regarding your account, specific statement charges, or payment options, please contact Melisa Burton at billing@notexfh.org or call our main office line directly.
